Special Features: Wearing a dress adorned with eggs Lauren H. Sung's solo performance implicates women's natural rhythms. Find out what happens to Her Eggs? Yan Kong, in her vision of an Iceberg, will chisel off pieces of her sculpture - a recrystallized sugar block (weighing 50lbs!) and offer them to the audience as souvenirs. Maggie Doyle displays edible Picture Frames which are translucent and sweet. Ran Huang's installation piece using M&M's is Beyond Language. Donah Lee anticipates a New Lunar Year with a Fowl out-doing the Monkey. Aimee Margolis creates light with her sparkling chandelier. Chie Nishio threatens an Angel of Death in meringue. Marianne Ramos will introduce her General Tso's Guess What to the audience. Ary Roncaglia, an artist from Venezuela, will present the Aripo Project using the arepa, a food staple of her native country to incorporate a gastronomic proposal as an art experience. Ricardo Woo, refusing to be put off by a women's group, participates with a sculptural piece called Carnal Knowledge. And many, many more surprises to be revealed.
