Micky Schon
Micky Schon was born in Israel and grew up in New york city. She now resides in the Bronx. She has had numerous shows in N YC most recently in Williamsburg , Brooklyn at the Side show gallery. She is a recipient of the 1997 Brio award. She studied art and math at Sarah Lawrence College and at the Boston Museum School. Her abstract paintings translate both the literal and the symbolic into a visual experince emphasizing color and energy.
