AAWAA Gallery Alternative Space, located at 136 15th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11215 is the home base for the Asian American Women Artists Alliance. The gallery space is divided into two parts: a main gallery and a small gallery. The ceiling is 11 feet. The galleries have a professional track light system and a cable/tape picture hanging system.

Main Gallery

Floor Space: 37 ft x 20 ft - 740 sq ft.

There are seven functional walls for picture hanging.
10 ft x 9 ft = 90 sq ft
10 ft x 30 ft = 300 sq ft
10 ft x 33 ft = 333 sq ft
7 ft x 6 ft = 42 sq ft
7 ft x 4 ft = 28 sq ft
7 ft x 7 ft = 49 sq ft
10 ft x 2 ft = 20 sq ft

Total functional wall space for pictures is 772 sq. ft.

Small Gallery

Floor Space: 20 ft x 11 ft – 220 sq ft

There are four functional walls for picture hanging.
7 ft x 5 ft = 35 sq ft
10 ft x 14 ft = 140 sq ft
10 ft x 19 ft = 190 sq ft
9 ft x 11 ft = 99 sq ft

Total functional wall space for pictures is 464 sq ft.
